South Hampton Community Association is located on the northwestern edge of Pearland, Texas. Pearland is one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas and the fastest growing city in the Houston region. Affordable housing, outstanding schools, a great quality of life and safe neighborhoods have brought residents here from all over. Our close proximity to Houston, just a short 20 minute drive to downtown, allows you to experience all the big city has to offer including professional sports, world-class cultural amenities and recreation, all while living in a suburban setting.

Pearland also has local events of our own with a hometown feel such as a weekend Farmer's Market, Paws in the Park (pet festival), Winterfest, the Crawfish Festival, Taste of Pearland (food festival), Trick or Treat Trail, Movies in the Park, and our own July 4th Festival and is also home to a Championship Little League Team who attended the LL World Series in 2014.

Pearland is also a fast-growing employment center, especially for the medical industry as doctors, hospitals, emergency care centers, and biotech companies are making their presence known in our town with the direct route down Highway 288 to the world renowned Texas Medical Center which hosts some of the top hospitals in the country, from cancer and heart hospitals to medical clinics and Level-1 trauma centers.
